成人和青少年在正畸矫治过程中口腔卫生情况的对比研究

Contrast study of the oral sanitation status in orthodontic treatment in adults and adolescents

目的 :研究成人和青少年患者在固定正畸矫治过程中口腔护理的不同。方法 :选取青少年患者、1 8～ 2 5岁成年患者各 3 0名 ,记录患者口内上下牙合两侧第一前磨牙的牙周情况。进行两样本等级资料的比较。结果 :在近颊部位青少年的龈炎发病率为 86.7% ,成人的龈炎发病率为 76.7% ;在颊侧青少年的龈炎发病率为 76.7% ,成人的龈炎发病率为 70 .0 % ;在远颊部位青少年的龈炎发病率为 90 .0 % ,成人的龈炎发病率为80 .0 %。结论 :在青少年和成人之间牙龈炎的发病情况有明显差异 ,青少年患者的牙龈炎比成人患者严重。

AIM:To study the difference of the oral sanitation status in orthodontic treatment in adults and adolescents.METHODS:30 adolescent patients and 30 adults patients were selected and periodontal status of the first premolars were registed with two-independent-samples test.RESULTS:The incidence of gingivitis in mesial bucca was 86.7% in adolescents and 76.7% in adults,the incidence of gingivitis in bucca was 76.7% in adolescents and 70.0% in adults,the incidence of gingivitis in distal bucca was 90.0% in adolescents and 80.0% in adults.CONCLUSION:There are significant differentce in the incidence of gingivitis in adults and adolescents,the incidence of gingivitis in adolescents in higher than that in adults significantly.
