两类白血病和两类白血病干细胞 被引量:6

摘要 经多年白血病细胞的实验研究,体会到确实存在两类白血病:一类以人类的急性髓系白血病为代表,这类白血病的细胞很难建系;另一类以小鼠移植白血病模型为代表,它们的白血病细胞易于建系。前者在造血干细胞水平癌变,后者则在祖细胞某一阶段癌变。这两类白血病在临床上不易划分,但对治疗的反应可能存在着差异。
