新型双重作用抗抑郁药的研究进展

Progress in studies of novel dual acting antidepressants

对新型双重作用机制抗抑郁药的特点及研究情况进行综述,以期为抗抑郁等精神药物的研发提供参考。按照新型抗抑郁药的不同作用机制进行分类介绍。与已有的单一作用机制抗抑郁药比较,新型抗抑郁药有不同的药理学特性,而在有效性、安全耐受性及起效时间等方面也有其各自的优势,但是尚未出现各个方面都很理想的抗抑郁药物。

To give a clue to antidepressant research,the current knowledge concerning new an-tidepressant with dual actions is summarized in this paper. Some of them are introduced in detail ac-cording to their mechanisms. In comparison with old antidepressants acting at one receptor,dual acting antidepressants have different pharmacological properties and possess some superiority in respects of ef-ficacy, safety, tolerance and onset of action but till now no dual acting antidepressants with ideal properties in all aspects has been developed.
