摘要
脂质体制备的难点在于改善物理稳定性和提高包封率。现从脂质体的常用制备方法、投料和投料 比、制备过程中的条件控制及贮存条件等方面考察其对脂质体的物理稳定性和包封率的影响。
Physical stability and envelope rate remains the main problems in preparation of lipo-somes. There are many factors affecting the physical stability and envelope rate of liposomes. In this paper , the common preparation method, raw material proportion, condition control and reserve condition of liposomes were reviewed.
