摘要 目的 讨论颈动脉内膜切除术的适应证及效果。方法 对 8例颈动脉狭窄患者进行超声多普勒及DSA检查后施行了颈动脉内膜切除术 ,对术后患者用超声及DSA进行随访观察。结果  8例手术患者无脑卒中发生 ,并且无手术后再狭窄。结论 颈动脉内膜切除术是治疗颈动脉狭窄的有效方法 ,适用于有症状、狭窄程度 >5 0 %的患者。但因其为预防性手术 ,对无明确颈动脉狭窄患者不宜过于积极行手术治疗。 Objectives\ To discuss the indications and the clinical effects of carotid endarterectomy(CEA).Methods\ Eight patients with stenosis of the internal carotid arteries underwent CEA. Color Doppler scanning and the DSA were performed preoperatively and postoperatively.Results\ No stroke or restenosis occurred postoperatively in the patients.Conclusions\ CEA is an effective method and suitable for the symptomatic patients with stenosis(>50%), while the abuse of operation should be avoided.
