Study on Cavitation and Erosion of Hydraulic Turbine in Danjiangkou Hydro_p ower Plant

分析了由于机组长期在低负荷、低单位转速、低水头、大流量等不良工况运行而造成的水轮机空蚀问题,提出了针对发生空蚀的转轮叶片采取的补焊和修型方法,并对改型前后水轮机叶片空蚀情况进行了对比。

The cavitation and erosion in turbine which caused by operating a t b ad condition such as low head and load,big discharge and so on,was analyzed.We lding and remendy of cavitation pits on runner blades and its modification were p resented.The cavitition condition of mended blades in compare with oˉriginal on es was introduced.
