摘要
本文用光学传输矩阵理论 ,获得了一维光子晶体的带隙 ,并计算了其带隙与填充因子f的关系 ;进而研究了当填充因子不变时 ,带隙的宽度与光波的入射角的关系 ;并做出了它们的关系曲线。这些对于研究和设计二。
In this paper,an eigen matrix method is reported to obtain the band structure of one-dimensional(1D)photonic crystals.Using this method,we have calculated the relation between the band gap and the 'f',and then we have studied the relation between the band gap and the angle of incidence of the wave and got the geometric curved line.All of these may provide a reference for designing the 2D and 3D photonic crystals and optical elements.
