摘要
提出了一种新型的两自由度并联平动机构 ,并将其成功的应用到YAG激光加工平台当中。介绍了激光加工平台的组成及控制系统组成 ,同时还分析计算了该并联实验平台的自由度 ,推导建立了该机构的位置正、反解和速度解方程 ,给出了机构的工作空间分析及其雅可比矩阵 ,为激光加工平台提供了设计和控制的理论依据。经技术实施表明该新型加工平台具有结构简单、控制容易。
A new kind of two-DOF parallel mechanism was presented,and the parallel mechanism was successfully applied in the YAG laser-manufacturing machine.The machine's component and control system were introduced,the analysis of free degree,position,velocity,workspace and the Jacobian matrix were given,and the correspond formula were obtained.All these offered basic material for design and control of laser manufacturing machine.By technique implement it was obtained that the new kind of parallel mechanism laser manufacturing machine has characteristics,for example,simple mechanism,simply control,big workspace and so on,and it can manufacture any 2-D graphics.
