摘要
本文采用纳米微粒对无机填料进行表面包覆修饰,结合成熟的偶联剂技术对PP进行增韧处理,系统分析了这种新型粒子增韧PP的机理,对该复合体系的两相界面效应和结晶行为进行了试验研究,证明纳米微粒包覆硅灰石粉作为填料,在PP基体中可均匀分散并形成良好的结合界面,增加了填料对PP的成核作用以及降低其结晶度和晶粒尺寸的作用。
Nano particles were used to coat and decorate inorganic fillers and polypropylene was toughened by testedcoupling agents. Mechanism of this new particle to toughen polypropylene was systematically analysed. Two phase interfa-cial effects and crystalline behabior of this compounded system were tested to prove that nano particles coated-wollastoniteused as filler could be uniformly dispersed to form good binding interface in polypropylene matrix which inhanced core-forming capacity of filler to polypropylene and reduced its capacity to crystallinity and crystallite size.
