摘要 研究了Cr(Ⅵ)与二安替匹林间氯苯基甲烷(DAmCM)的分析特性,在吐温-20和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,在H_3PO_4介质中,DAmCM与Cr(Ⅵ)反应生成红色产物,其最大吸收波长在480nm,ε=1.0 × 10~ 5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)·Cr(Ⅵ)量在0~10μg/25ml间符合比耳定律。 Diantipyryl-m-chlorophenylmathane (DA-mCM) has been synthesized. A highly sensi- live spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of Cr(Ⅵ ) with DA-mCM in the presence of Tween-20 and Mn( Ⅱ ). The color reaction of this red compound is developed in H3PO4. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.0 × 103L · mol-1 · cm-1 at λmax= 480nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/ 25ml for chromium. The proposed method has been used for determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ) in water with satisfactory results.
