电化学发光免疫法测定甲胎蛋白的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Electrochemiluminescence Immunoassay for Determination of AFP

目的 对电化学发光免疫法测定甲胎蛋白进行临床评价。方法 将电化学发光免疫法与酶联免疫法进行比较 ,分析这两种方法的精密度、准确性。结果 两种方法有良好相关性。电化学发光免疫法线性范围较宽。最低检测浓度在 0 80 μg/L。结论 电化学发光免疫法测定结果准确度、精密度均优于酶联免疫法 。

Objective To determine the clinical value of ECLI and ELISA for detection of AFP.Methods The two methds were compared.Meanwhile,their precision accuracy,were analzed.Results AFP values by ECLI was correlated well to by the ELISA method.The assay was more wider linear than ELISA.The lowest detectable concentration was 0.80 μg/L.Conclusion The precision and accurancy of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay are more advantager than enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.It can be widely used in clinical laboratory tests.
