军人肾综合征出血热6例肾脏病理分析

Pathological Analysis of Kidneys on Six Cases of Hemorrhagic Fever of Renal Syndrome of Servicemen

目的 了解军人肾综合征出血热肾脏病理改变与临床分型关系。方法 对 6例患者肾脏穿刺组织进行病理检查 ,包括光镜和荧光。结果 患者肾脏病理均以间质和小管改变为主 ,尤以中、重型明显。与地方患者相比 ,军人肾脏病理改变相对较轻。

Objective To realize the relation between pathological change of kidney of hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome (HFRS) and clinical classification in servicemen. Methods Pathological examinations of renal tissue of 6 patients were carried out under the condition of light microscope and immunofluorescence. Results Their pathological changes mainly consisted of intercellular and renal tubule disorders, especially in moderate and severe types. Lighter pathological changes in kidneys were found in service men than in non-servicemen. Conclusion It is suggested that there be a close relation between renal pathological changes of HFRS and clinical classification in servicemen.
