摘要
目的 探讨苯妥英钠与碘附伍用对临床延迟愈合伤口的治疗效果。方法 对 69例延迟愈合伤口患者接受苯妥英钠治疗的疗效、副作用、住院时间等情况进行回顾分析。结果 69例接受苯妥英钠和碘附治疗的延迟愈合伤口患者 60例痊愈 ,9例无效 ;无 1例出现与用药有关的并发症和副作用 ;伤口平均愈合时间 15d。结论 苯妥英钠与碘附伍用 ,用于延迟愈合伤口治疗 ,具有安全、有效、操作方法简单。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of phenytoin sodium and iodophors on impaired healing wounds. Methods The therapeutic effect,side effect and length of stay about 69 cases with delayed healing wound were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 69 patients who received phenytoin sodium and iodophors treatment,60 patients were cured while other 9 were invalid. And no complication or side effect related to medicine was found during treatment.The average time of wounds healing was 15 days. Conclusion Wider use of this safe,inexpensive, readily available and easy to use therapy in all hospitals is suggested because of its positive effect on wound healing.
