摘要
目的 探讨大剂量激素对过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 对 3 4例过敏性紫瘢患者 ,均给予大剂量激素序贯治疗 ,并随访观察 1～ 3年。结果 3 4例均治愈 ,1例未遵嘱服用激素者短时复发后再次治愈 ,余 3 3例均无复发。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of large doses cortisone on allergic purpura.Methods 34 patients with allergic purpura were treatd with regular large doses cortisone,and were followed for 1 to 3 years.Results 34 patients were all cured.One patient who didn' t obey docter' s order to have regular cortisone had recured,then were cured again.Other 33 patients haven' t recured.Conclusion Large doses cortisone have better therapeutic effects in treating allergic purpura.
