摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体切割术治疗眼外伤眼内异物存留的方法、效果和并发症。方法 分析 3 2例眼内异物玻璃体切割术的病例 ,采用常规睫状体平坦部三切口闭合式玻璃体切割联合巩膜外加压术或环扎术 ,异物经前房或睫状体平坦部取出。结果 异物取出率 10 0 %,术后视力提高明显 :视力 0 0 5～ 0 3由术前 4例提高到 15例 ,0 4以上者由 2例提高到 6例。结论 玻璃体切割术可以准确有效地取出各种异物 ,而且损伤小 。
Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and effectivity of vitrectomy for intraocuar foreignbodyies(IOFBs) removal.Methods 32 patients were treated with vitrectomy and renoval of the IOFBs combined with lensectomy,IOL implantation,encircling,siliconeoil and c 3f 8 injecion,preopertive visual acuity (VA) with postoperative VA were compatared.Results The successful rate of the extraction of IOFBs was 100%.Followed more than 6months,post operative VA improved obviously.The number of cases with VA(0.05～0.3) increased from 4 to 15,and that with VA(0.4 and better) from 2 to 6.Conclusion Vitrectomy for intraocular foreignbodyies(IOFBs) removal is accuted and effectient.In result,the injures are the smallest and postoperative VA can be improved as high as possible.
