本文提出全民终身学是小康社会的本质特征,各种学习型组织是小康社会的细胞和基础。建立终身学习制度,推进教育信息化,注意发挥学习科学的指导作用和基础作用。

This paper puts forward that the whole people's lifelong study is the feature of well-to-do society,and the various study model organizations are cell and foundation of well-to-do society.Establishing the lifelong study system,advancing education information,the guidance and the foundation giving play to the study science should be paid attention.
