蛛网膜下腔连续注入环磷酸腺苷对脊髓损伤后神经再生的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)在蛛网膜下腔内注入对脊髓损伤后神经再生的作用。方法:20只SD大鼠完全随机分为对照组(n=10)和cAMP组(n=10),采用大鼠脊髓半切损伤模型,通过在体内埋入微泵和椎管内置管连续给入db-cAMP,作组织切片免疫组化染色,观察损伤区局部皮质脊髓束(CST)纤维及后肢运动功能BBB评分。结果:cAMP治疗组损伤区可见极少量可疑皮质脊髓束再生纤维,呈现出有利于神经再生的变化;后肢运动在四五周均恢复正常行走,与对照组无明显区别。结论:cAMP导致脊髓损伤区极少量皮质脊髓束纤维存在,可能有利于脊髓损伤的修复。 AIM:To observe the role of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) injected into subarachnoid space in the neural regeneration after spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats. METHODS:Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=10) and cMAP group(n=10).Rats models of spinal cord hemisection were established.Minipumps were implanted into the rats' back muscles,catheters were inserted in the spinal canals,and then dibutyryl cAMP was continuously transported into the subarachnoid cistern for the immunochemical staining of tissue section.Local fibres of corticospinal tracts(CSTs) in the lesion areas were observed and hindlimb movements were evaluated with BBB scales. RESULTS:Few regenerated fibres of CSTs were presented in the lesion areas in cAMP group,and the changes helpful to the regeneration of nerve were found.Hindlimb movements of all the rats restored to normal walking 4-5 weeks after operations and no significant difference was found between cAMP group and control group. CONCLUSION:cAMP leads to very few fibres of CST presenting in the lesion area,which is beneficial to the repair of SCI.
