放射性核素对断肢再植术后患肢远端血液供应及其功能恢复的评估作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价核素显像检测对断肢再植术后远端血液供应(简称血供)及其功能恢复的作用。方法:将30只大白兔分为3组,每组10只。对照组,作兔大腿中段处环行切口,切开皮肤及浅层肌肉后缝合伤口;不全离断组,作兔大腿中段环行切断软组织,仅不离断股骨,修复组织、吻合血管后缝合伤口;离断组,于兔大腿中段完全离断后行再植。后两组分别在术后1,48h,7d行核素显像。结果:3组经术后45d饲养、观察,对照组及不全离断组伤口愈合均佳,无坏死及生长缓慢现象,功能恢复良好。离断组仅运动恢复稍迟缓。结论:放射性核素显像在断肢再植术后检测应用中是一种无创性的有效方式。 AIM:To evaluate the effect of radionuclide imaging on blood supply to the distal end of affected extremity and functional restoration after replantation of severed limb. METHODS:Thirty white rabbits were divided into three groups with 10 in each group.Round shape incisions were made into the rabbits' middle thighs and the wounds were sewed up after the incision of skins and superficial muscles in control group.Round shape incisions were made to dissect the deep soft tissues and the wounds were oversewed.Wounds were sewed up after the repair of tissue and the coincidence of blood vessel in part break group.The rabbits undertook middle thighs bone disconnected and replanted in break group.After operations, the radionuclide imaging was used in the latter two groups 1 hour,48 hours and 7 days after operation respectively. RESULTS:The wound healing was good in the control group and part break group 45 days after operation. There were no necrosis and indolence, and the functional restoration was good.The recovery of movement was slightly slow in the break group. CONCLUSION:Radionuclide imaging is a non invasive effective method in the test after replantation of severed limb.
