再造阴茎感觉重建过程中背根节胶质细胞源性神经营养因子基因表达的变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究兔再造阴茎感觉重建过程中背根节感觉神经元内胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)基因的表达变化及其意义。方法:建立成年新西兰雄兔再造阴茎感觉重建的动物模型,分别于术后1,2周,1,3个月灌注取材S2节段背根节,用RT-PCR法检测不同时间背根节感觉神经元内GDNFmRNA的表达情况。结果:GDNFmRNA在正常背根节感觉神经元内存在少量表达;感觉重建早期背根节内GDNFmRNA的表达显著增强,1个月时轻度下调,至术后3个月恢复正常水平。结论:GDNF是再造阴茎感觉重建过程中参与“胞体-轴突-靶器官”途径恢复重建的重要保护性因素。 AIM:To investigate the changes and significance of glial cellline derived neurotrophic factors(GDNF) gene expression in dorsal root ganglion(DRG) during the sensory restoration of phallic reconstruction of rabbits. METHODS:Animal models of sensory restoration of phallic reconstruction of adult New Zealand male rabbits were established.S2 S T segment of DRG was poured 1,2 weeks,1,3 monthes after operation and the expression of GDNF mRNA in DRG at different stages postoperatively by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS:Expression of GDNF mRNA was found a few in normal DRG and was up regulated observably at the early stage after sensory restoration, while reduced 1 month later and then recovered to the normal level 3 months postoperatively. CONCLUSION:GDNF is an important protective factor in the recovery of the neuron axon target organ pathway during the sensory restoration of phallic reconstruction.
