摘要 目的:建立银质针温度自动控制系统,确定其有效性和稳定性,为研究温热银质针作用机制及研发银质针温热巡检仪打下基础。方法:确定测温方法,建立温度控制单元。选择软组织损害患者35例,分别测定温控显示温度、实际测定皮肤进针点温度、银质针中点温度和针尖温度变化。结果:温控显示温度与实际测定温度呈正相关(r=0.9991,P<0.05);温度控制单元控制银质针加热温度比较稳定(F=30.21,P<0.01)。结论:银质针温控单元实现了对银质针加热的自动控制。 AIM:To construct the automatic control system mainly composed of sliver needle for heat conduction,and to verify its validity and stability so as to study the action mechanism of sliver needle for heat conduction and exploit patrol equipment for the sliver needle. METHODS:The method of testing was selected for the construction of unit for temperature controlling.The changes of temperature shown in the heat conduction system,the real temperature of needles at the corresponding skin spots,in the middle of and on the tip silver needle was measured in 35 patients with soft tissue leisure. RESULTS:The temperature of control unit shown was positively related to the temperature of real testing(r=0.9991,P< 0.05).The temperature controlling unite could effectively control warming up to temperature of the sliver needle,with high stability(F=30.21,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The silver needle temperature controlling unit realizes the automatic control of sliver needle temperature.
