新疆中小型流域水资源规划与管理模型的应用(二)——以库车河灌区为例

摘要 本文是《新疆中小型流域水资源规划与管理模型的研究》成果在实际工作中的应用。以建立库车河灌区地下水可开采资源模型、两水统调模型和水源地优化设计模型。求得水源地开采区地下水补给量为1.13×10^(?)m^3/a,排泄量为1.12×10^(?)m^3/a,经济合理的可开采资源量为6.07×10~7m^3/a。通过两水优化高度模型计算,需增加地下水开采量2.5×10~7~3.1×10~7m^3/a,优化作物种植结构,可扩大耕地1.63×10~3~2.46×10~2hm^2。分析不同来水保证率的水资源优化分配方案,以75%年型设计,可扩大耕地2.03×10~3hm^2,渠系利用系数平均提高5%,则效益增加15%,耕地面积增加10.17%。如合理统调现有的两水价格,年效益增加540.8万元。 In this paper the conceptional model of ground water analogue model of finiteelement, optimal dispatch model of surface water and ground water and optional design model of exploit region were established in the Kuche Stream irrigational region. As a result of the model, the recharge of ground water evaluated in exploit region is of 1.13×10~8m^3/a; the discharge is of 1.12×10~8m^3/a; economical—reasonable the exploit resource is of 6. 07×10~7m^3/a; The result shows that the exploit quantity of ground water will be enlarged to 2.5×10~7~3.1×10~7m^3/a. As plant construct is optimized, arable land can be enlarged to 1.63×10~3hm^2. A theoretical analysis is presented for optimal distribution scheme of different. With the design of 75% guaranteed effience, the sensivity has been analysised. Its results show that atable land will be enlarged to 2.03×10~2hm^2as available use coefficent of canal increased avergely 50%, and the benefit will be increased 15%, and arable land will be enlarged to 10.17%. If current price of surface water and ground water is shared reasonably, annual benefit will increase 540. 8×10~4yuan. On the basis of evaluating ground water resource exploit, we carry on optimal design of exploit region. It is considered as the optimal exploit scheme.
