天山雪崩灾害雏议

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON AVALANCHE HAZARDS IN THE TIANSHAN MTS

本文根据天山广大山区雪崩灾害普查和野外台站定点观测资料写成。天山雪崩灾害涉及以下几个方面:1.威胁人民生命、财产安全;2.摧毁工程建筑;3.影响设施正常使用;4.破坏山地资源和生态环境。自然释放雪崩和人为释放雪崩构成灾害,是天山雪崩灾害的成因。随着山地开发不断扩大和深入,天山雪崩灾害呈现上升趋势。

This paper was written on the basis of the data collected from the general investigation on the avalanche hazards in the Tianshan Mountains and the observation at the station. The avalanche hazards include the foUowingaspects: (1). To threaten the safety of human life and their property. (2). To damage works and buildings. (3). To influence normal use of installations. (4). To destroy mountain resources and ecological environment. The avalanche hazards consist of ones caused by the avalanches of natura and human releases. The avalanche hazards in the Tianshan Mountains appear a tendency to increase with continuous enlargement and intensification of mountian development and utilization.
