摘要 根据三基色原理和Plank定律建立了三色测温公式。结合数字图像处理技术 ,提出了一种运用人工神经网络进行电站锅炉温度场测量和燃烧诊断的方法 ,据此设计的一套系统在 2 0 0MW机组锅炉上进行了实际运行 ,结果表明 ,该系统简便实用 ,可实现温度场的在线检测 ,并能对炉内的燃烧状况作出符合实际的评价 。 A three coulor temperature measuring formula has been established on the basis of three primary coulor principle and the plank law. Combined with the digital image processing technology, a method of temperature field measurement and combustion diagnosis for utility boilers has been put forward by using neural networks, and a set of system being designed according to the said method, and practical operation on a 200MW unit being carried out. Results show that the said system to be simple and convenient for practical application, it is possible to realize on line detection of the temperature field, and to evaluate the combustion situation in the furnace in conformity with reality, having a certain value for engineering application.
