摘要
介绍神华混煤和富动 2 1煤的实验室燃烧特性预测以及在嘉兴发电厂 1 0 2 5t/h锅炉上的实际燃烧试验情况。沉降炉和热天平分析结果均表明 ,神华混煤和富动 2 1煤的着火特性和燃尽特性相近 ;而根据沉降炉结渣特性预测 ,在 1 35 0℃时 ,神华混煤和富动 2 1煤的结渣倾向相近 ,均有中等偏强的结渣倾向 ,但随着温度的降低 ,富动 2 1煤的结渣倾向迅速降低 ,而神华混煤的结渣倾向下降缓慢 ;
The prediction of burning behavior for Shenhua blended coal and Fudong 21 coal in the laboratory, as well as the state of test in practical combustion on 1025 t/h boiler of Jiaxing Power Plant have been presented. Results of sedimendation furnace and thermal balance analysis show that the ignition and burn away behavior of the two said coal sorts are similar, whereas based on prediction of slagging behavior in the sedimendation furnace, the slagging tendency of both said coal sorts is similar under temperature of 1350℃, all having a medium and somewhat stronger slagging tendency. But along with reduction of the temperature the slagging tendency of Fudong 21 coal is fastly decreasing, however the slagging behavior of Shenhua blended coal is slowly decreasing. The results of comparison test under hot state on practical boiler are basically similar to the prediction in laboratory.
