摘要 介绍神火环保示范电站 1 35MW机组分散控制系统 ,重点介绍国产 4 40t/h超高压循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的控制方案 ,包括对负荷、床温、床层厚度、风量、冷渣器、石灰石给料等的控制。该控制方案充分考虑了CFB锅炉的运行特点 ,并针对以往CFB锅炉在测温点布置方面存在的不足 。 The distributed control system (DCS) of 125MW unit has been presented, emphatically describing the control scheme of home made 140t/h super high pressure circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, including control systems of load, bed temperature, thickness of bed layer, air flow rate, slag cooler, and limestone feeding etc., The operation specialities of CFB boiler have been fully considered in the said control scheme. Directing against the deficiencies existing in the aspect of arranging the temperature measuring points in previous CFB boilers, improvement measures have been put forward.
