急性白血病患儿治疗前后血清IL-6及IFN-γ的变化及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨急性白血病 (AL)患儿化疗前后IL 6及IFN γ水平的变化 ,为临床免疫防治白血病提供理论依据。方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测 30例急性白血病患儿化疗前后IL 6及IFN γ水平 ,并进行相关性分析。结果 化疗前白血病患儿IL 6水平较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,化疗后IL 6水平明显低于化疗前 (P <0 .0 0 1)。而化疗前白血病患儿IFN γ水平明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,化疗后IFN γ水平明显高于化疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。IL 6、IFN γ两者呈负相关关系 (r=- 0 .4 2 8,P <0 .0 1)。结论 提示IL 6及IFN γ参与急性白血病发病。血清IL 6、IFN γ水平变化可作为监测小儿白血病治疗反应的一种手段。 Objective To evaluate the change in levels of IL-6 and IFN-γbefore and after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia(AL),in order to bring the theoretical basis for preventing and treating it by using immunotherapy.Method The levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ were determined in pretreatment and posttreatmenby ELISA and analysed by linear correlation in 30 AL children.Results The levels of IL-6 in patients with acute leukemia before chemotherapy were significantly higher than that of normal control group ( P <0.001),and the levels of IL-6 after chemotherapy in patients were much lower than those before chemotherapy( P <0.001),also lower than that of normal control group. The levels of IFN-γ in patients with acute leukemia were significantly lower than that of normal control group ( P <0.001),and the levels after chemotherapy were distinctly higher than those before chemotherapy( P <0.05).There was a negative correlation between IL-6 and IFN-γ( r =-0.428,P<0.01).Conclusion Both IL-6 and IFN-γ take part in the process of acute leukemia.The changes of serum IL-6 and IFN-γ levels maybe served as a mean of monitoring the response to treatment of children with acute leukemia.
