鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后兴奋性氨基酸的变化及黄芪对其影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)及黄芪对其影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型 ,于缺血后 1 5min、再灌注 4 8h取脑组织测定Glu、Asp、GABA、Gly。结果 :缺血 1 5min后 ,脑组织Glu、Asp含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,GABA含量升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,黄芪可降低脑组织Glu含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。缺血后 1 5min再灌注4 8h后 ,脑组织Glu及Asp含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,黄芪可使脑组织Glu含量降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Objective: To study the effect of membranous milkvetch root on EAA in brain constitution after cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury. Methods: The cerebral ischemia model was established by carotid artery closure by clip. Then Glu, Asp, GABA, Gly in brain tissue were detected after 15 min of cerebral ischemia and 48h after reperfusion. Results: After 15min of ischemia, the Glu, Asp, GABA, Gly in brain constitution were obviously. Results: The Glu and Asp in brain constitution had improved obviously after 15 min ischemia( P <0.05, P <0.01), with the improvement of GABA( P <0.05).Membranous milkvetch root had decreased the Glu in brain constitution(P<0.05). After 48 cases of reperfusion, the Glu and Asp in brain constitution had improved obviously( P <0.05), with the decrease of the Glu in brain constitution( P <0.05)by the action of membranous milkvetch root. Conclusion: The mechanism of membranous milkvetch root anti ischemic cerebrovascular injury may had relationship to confrontation cerebral ischemia and increasing of EAA after reperfusion.
