摘要
目的 对国人耳部及其邻近重要相关的正常解剖结构分别进行全面的CT测量 ,从而获得相应正常值范围 ,同时比较不同年龄、性别等有无显著性差异。资料与方法 对耳部均无明显异常的 6 0名受试者同时行横断面及冠状面高分辨率CT(HRCT)扫描 ,其中 2 0名又行螺旋CT扫描。对所获得的扫描图像进行耳部各个解剖结构测量和分组分析。结果 耳部重要结构正常值如下 :外耳道软骨段宽 (≥ 6岁 ) (6 .6± 0 .8)mm ,内耳道宽 (5 .1±0 .7)mm ,鼓窦入口 (1.5± 0 .6 )mm ,外半规管长 (13.0± 0 .8)mm ,鼓窦左右径 (≥ 6岁 ) (6 .8± 1.2 )mm ,面神经管乳突段宽 (1.4± 0 .1)mm。结论 外耳道、上鼓室和面神经等部分结构的CT正常值范围在 <6及≥ 6岁两个年龄组间有显著性差异 ,其他结构均无差异 。
Objective To obtain the normal values of several important anatomical structures of the ear in Chinese population, to clarify whether significant difference in these values exists between different ages and sex. Materials and Methods Both axial and coronal HRCT scanning was performed in 60 healthy persons who showed no obvious ear abnormality. Additional helical CT scanning was carried out in 20 cases. The important anatomic structures of the ear were measured on CT scans. The results were analyzed and compared between groups of different ages. Results The width of external meatal cartilage was 6.6±0.8 mm (≥6 years), and the width of internal acoustic meatus 5.1±0.7 mm, aditus ad antrum 1.5±0.6 mm, length of lateral semicircular canal 13.0±0.8 mm, transverse diameter of antrum tympanicum 6.8±1.2 mm (≥6 years) and the width of facial canal in mastoid process 1.4±0.1 mm.Conclusion Significant difference in the values of external meatal cartilage, epitympanum and facial canal exists between <6 years group and ≥6 years group. As for the other structures, no significant difference in the values is found between different ages, sex and sides.
