摘要
目的 :观察兔急性脑外伤后脑血流变化及东莨菪碱对其的影响。方法 :用自由落体打击器制作兔脑外伤模型 ,并于伤后 5 min、2 h腹腔注射东莨菪碱 ,用经颅多普勒监测大脑中动脉血流速度和搏动指数的变化 ,并作病理检查。结果 :脑外伤早期脑血流速度减慢 ,搏动指数增加 ,东莨菪碱能降低搏动指数 ,提高血流速度。病检证实本模型符合临床所见加速性脑损伤的病理变化 ;结论 :兔脑外伤早期脑血管痉挛 ,致脑缺血 ,东莨菪碱可缓解脑血管痉挛 ,增加脑血流 ,具有脑保护作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of cerebral blood flow of rabbits. Methods: The model of acute brain injury was established with a free-falling device;then Sco was injected into abdomen at 5 min and 2h after brain injury. Cerebral blood flow velocity (CBV)and pulsatility index (PI) was monitored with Transcranial Dopppler (TCD) to observe the pathological changes in brain tissue. Results: CBV decrease and PI increase in the early stage of brain injury; Sco decreased PI, increased CBV. This model consisted with the pathological changes of accelerated brain injury. Conclusion: In the early stage, cerebral vasospasm is a primary reason for decreased cerebral blood flow and Sco can protect brain by increasing cerebral blood flow.
