摘要
目的 探讨藏族青少年青春期发育过程中钙代谢规律。方法 采用偶氮胂Ⅲ法应用全自动生化分析仪测定血清总钙 (TCa) ,ELISA法检测甲状旁腺激素全段 (PTH -sp)、降钙素 (CT)含量。结果 男性TCa :(2 87± 0 19)mmol/L ,女性TCa :(2 83± 0 14 )mmol/L ;男性PTH -sp :(10 39± 11 35 )ng/L ,女性PTH-sp :(7 4 2± 8 0 4 )ng/L ;男性CT :(6 5 0± 2 2 5 )ng/L ,女性CT :(6 79± 2 6 3)ng/L。三个指标男女组别总体水平无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 16岁组女性PTH -sp水平明显低于男性 [(5 11± 3 0 7)ng/Lvs (14 82± 13 91)ng/L ,P <0 0 5 ]。 结论 藏族青少年青春期阶段钙代谢基本稳定 。
Objective To explore the regularity of calcium metabolism of teens in Tibet. Methods The serum levels of total-calcium(TCa) were determined with ArsenazoⅢ. Parathyroid hormone(PTH) and calcitonin(CT) were quantified with ELISA. Results The results of females and males were TCa:(2.83±0.14)mmol/L,(2.87±0.19)mmol/L,PTH:(7.42±8.04)ng/L,(10.39±11.35)ng/L,CT:(6.79±2.63)ng/L,(6.50±2.25)ng/L.Most of these data did not change significantly with age and gender. Only the level of PTH of females at age 16 was lower than that of males at the same age[(5.11±3.07)ng/L vs. (14.28±13.91)ng/L,P<0.05]. Conclusions Calcium metabolism was relatively steady during puberty in Tibetan city and was not affected by the age and gender.
