职业教育与企业在人才培养目标上的一致性及他们各自的特有优势,决定了他们可以而且必须相互参与。这一相互参与、渗透应当贯穿于人才培养目标的制定、课程建设、教学过程之中,要通过政府宏观调控、校企之间相互沟通、行业协会居中协调等措施来保证其落实。

The consistency on talent's training objective of the enterprise and vocational education and their own peculiar advantages have determined that they can and must participate in each other. The mutual participatation and permeatation should run through the process of formulating talent's training objective, curriculum construction and teaching,its implementation should be guaranteed with some measures as the macro-adjustment and control of government, the communication between school and enterprise, the mediacy coordination of guild.
