Content Comparison of Astragaloside A in Buyanghuanwu Decoction between the Two Extract Methods

目的 :探讨两种提取方法对补阳还五汤中黄芪甲苷含量的影响。方法 :建立补阳还五汤中黄芪甲苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法 ,比较水提液和水提醇沉液中黄芪甲苷含量的差异。结果 :两种方法所得汤剂中黄芪甲苷含量无显著性差异。结论

Objective: To investigate the effect of two extract methods on the content of astragaloside A in Buyanghuanwu Decoction. Methods: A HPLC method was established for determination of astragaloside A in Buyanghuanwu Decoction, and the difference of astragaloside A in Buyanghuanwu Decoction was compared between water-extraction and water-extract-ethanol-deposition. Results: There was no significant difference in the content of astragaloside A in buyanghuanwu Decoction between the two extract methods. Conclusion: Buyanghuanwu Decoction may be refined by water-extract-ethanol-deposition method.
