紫丁香茎皮的生药鉴别

Pharmacognostic Studies on the Cortex of Syringa oblata

目的 :利用生药学研究 ,为紫丁香茎皮的鉴别提供科学依据。方法 :粉末制片法、石蜡切片法、荧光法、紫外吸收光谱法、薄层色谱法。结果 :性状特征、粉末及叶片横切面特征、天蓝色荧光、紫外吸收光谱、薄层色谱。结论 :所得结果可作为此种药材鉴别依据。

Objective: To provide a scientific basis for identification of Syringa oblata's cortex. Methods: Powder, fluorescene analysis, paraffin section, UV, TLC were used. Results: Description, microscopic identification, figures of UV and TLC have been used. Conclusion: It provides a scientific way for identification.
