河南省2002年孕产妇死亡监测报告

An Analysis of Surveillance on pregnant and lying-in women Death in Henan Province 2002

目的 通过孕产妇死亡监测 ,分析原因 ,采取措施降低孕产妇死亡率。方法 河南省 2 0 0 2年 1 9市、县孕产妇死亡监测点监测。结果 河南省平均孕产妇死亡率为 5 7.5 6 / 1 0万 ,较 2 0 0 0年下降 6 .2 7% ,其中城市平均死亡率为 2 2 .74 / 1 0万 ,较 2 0 0 0年下降了 2 1 .88% ,农村孕产妇死亡率 73.0 6 / 1 0万 ,较 2 0 0 0年下降 1 2 .6 4 %。引起孕产妇死亡的死因顺位依次为 :产科出血、羊水栓塞、妊高征等。结论 2 0 0 2年河南省城市孕产妇死亡率下降 。

The data obstained from 19 selected poins of Henan Province Showed that the maternal mortality in 2002 was 57.76 per 100000, Which decreased by-6.27% Compared with the result in 2000. The maternal mortality in urban was 22.74 per 100000, which decreased by 21.88% compared with the result in 2000, the maternal mortality in rural area was 73.06 per 100000. In order of the cause of pergnant and lying-in women death were as follows: hemorrhage, Ammionic fluid embolism, pregnancy induced hypertension and etc. Conclusion:The Maternal mortality in Henan 2002 appears a declined on urban, in rural area keeps rnstable.
