三黄抗感口服液治疗外感热证的研究

A Study on Treatment of Exogenous Heat Syndrome with Sanhuang Kanggan Oral Liquid

目的 对三黄抗感口服液治疗外感热证进行药效学研究。方法 三黄抗感口服液给动物灌服后 ,分别观察其对伤寒Vi多糖疫苗所致家兔发热模型及 2 ,4 -二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热模型的解热作用 ,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型的抗炎作用、对 2 ,4 -二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型过敏反应的抗过敏作用。结果 三黄抗感口服液能显著抑制疫苗和化学致热剂所致动物体温的升高 ,抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿和小鼠迟发型过敏反应。结论 三黄抗感口服液具有良好的解热、抗炎。

OBJECTIVE To study into the effectiveness of Sanhuang Kanggan Oral Liquid in the treatment of exogenous heat syndrome.METHOD Animals were given Sanhuang Kanggan Oral Liquid, and observations were made in the antifebric effect of the Liquid on rabbit fever models made with typhoid Vi polysaccharide vaccine and rat fever models made with 2,4-Dinitrophenol, its anti-inflammatory effect on rat granuloma models and its anti-allergic effect on delayed anaphylaxis in mice caused by 2,4-Dinitrophenol.RESULT Sanhuang Kanggan Oral Liquid could markedly inhibit the rise of animal temperature caused by vaccines and chemicals for inducing fever, rat granuloma and delayed anaphylaxis in mice.CONCLUSION Sanhuang Kanggan Oral Liquid has satisfactory antifebric, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.
