家庭护理支持对类风湿关节炎患者心理健康及生活自理能力的影响

Effect of family nursing support on mental health and self-care ability in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)患者的家庭护理支持对其心理健康及生活自理能力的影响。方法:对93例RA患者采用心理支持与信息支持、生活与饮食指导、功能锻炼、自理能力训练等护理支持方法,护理支持前后评估采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表及ADL评定量表进行心理健康程度及生活自理能力评估。结果:1年后患者生活自理能力(t=2.18,P<0.05)及心理健康状态显著提高犤其中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性护理支持前的值分别为(1.77±0.49),(2.01±0.54),(2.05±0.58),(1.92±0.49),(1.71±0.44),(1.70±0.50),(1.68±0.43)分,护理支持后的值分别为(1.59±0.52),(1.60±0.52),(1.80±0.59),(1.74±0.52),(1.60±0.46),(1.61±0.45),(1.56±0.48)分,t=2.075～2.252,P<0.05犦。结论:家庭护理支持可有效提升RA患者生活自理能力及心理健康状态。

AIM:To explore the effect of family nursing support on mental health and self care ability living in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). METHODS:A total of 93 patients with RA were treated with psychological and information support,living and diet guidance,functional training,self care training,and so on.Before and after nursing care support,all patients were measured by symptom checklist 90(SCL 90) and activity of daily living scale(ADL) to estimate their mental health and self care ability. RESULTS:After one year,self care ability(t=2.18,P< 0.05) and mental health of patients significantly improved(the value of somatization,compulsion symptom,depression,anxiety,panic,paranoid,psychosis nursing before nursing care support was 1.77±0.49,2.01±0.54,2.05±0.58,1.92±0.49,1.71±0.44,1.70±0.50,1.68±0.43 before nursing support respectively,and 1.59±0.52,1.60±0.52,1.80±0.59,1.74±0.52,1.60±0.46,1.61±0.45,1.56±0.48 after nursing support,respectively(t=2.075-2.252,P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Family nursing support can effectively improve selfcare ability and mental health in patients with RA.
