康复训练改善慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的作用

Effect of rehabilitation training in ameliorating the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:观察康复训练对改善慢性精神分裂症社会功能缺陷,提高适应社会能力的疗效。方法:将符合入组标准的100例患者随机分为实验组和对照组(各50例),实验组患者在药物治疗的基础上,进行6个月的康复训练;对照组维持原药物治疗,采用传统的管理模式。选用住院护士观察量表(NOSIE)评估。结果:患者的日常生活自理能力、社会能力、社会兴趣呈现较普遍的提高,激惹、抑郁、迟缓和精神病表现亦有相应改善。实施综合康复训练前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能缺陷改善,提高社会适应能力有肯定协助作用。

AIM:To observe the effect of rehabilitation training in improving defect of social function and capacity of adapting to society in patients with chronic schizophrenia. METHODS:A total of 100 cases in accordance with criteria were randomized into experimental and control group(both 50 cases).Patients in the study group received 6 month rehabilitation training based on drug therapy.And patients in the control group kept the former drug therapy employing traditional administrative model.NOSIE was used to assay the results. RESULTS:The patients' self care ability of daily living,social function and social interest were improved universally.And their performances of irritability,depression,slowness and psychiatric symptoms were also improved.There were significant differences before and after comprehensive rehabilitation training(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Comprehensive rehabilitation training plays an assistant role in improving defect of social functioning and capacity of adapting to social in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
