摘要
目的:观察丹参粉对肺心病急性加重期患者血浆神经肽Y、神经降压肽(neurotensin,NT)的影响,为临床肺心病急性加重期的治疗及实施康复干预提供理论依据。方法:选择住院的肺心病急性加重期患者60例,分为2组。丹参粉组30例、常规治疗组30例、对照组(健康体检正常者30例)。将应用丹参粉前、后患者分别与常规治疗前、后患者血浆血浆神经肽Y,NT含量与对照组作比较。结果:治疗前常规组及丹参粉组血浆神经肽Y都明显高于对照组〖分别为(233±24),(224±31),(146±33)ng/L,t=10.33,9.43,P<0.01〗,NT含量稍低于对照组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后常规组和丹参粉组血浆神经肽Y含量都未恢复正常犤(190±16),(171±18),(146±33)ng/L,t=6.56,3.64,P<0.01〗,丹参粉组NT含量显著高于常规组犤(98±31),(82±27)ng/L,t=2.13,P<0.05〗。结论:丹参粉有助于肺心病急性加重期血浆血浆神经肽Y下降,促进NT产生,减轻肺动脉高压。
AIM:To observe the effect of pulvis salvia miltiorrhiza(PSM) on plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) and neurotensin(NT) in patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage, so as to provide evidence for the treatment at acute exacerbation stage and intervention of rehabilitation. METHODS:Totally 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage were divided randomly into two groups:PSM group(n=30) and routine treatment group(n=30);another 30 healthy normal persons were taken as the control group.Plasma NPY and NT contents in the PSM group were compared with those in the routine treatment group and control group before and after treatment,respectively. RESULTS:Before treatment,the NPY contents in the PSM and routine treatment groups were obviously higher than that in the control groupCONCLUSION:PSM is good for the decrease of plasma NPY and increase of NT,and relief of pulmonary hypertension in patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage.
