视听训练与高压氧治疗对婴儿迟发性维生素K缺乏症致脑损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨视听训练和高压氧在治疗婴儿迟发性维生素K缺乏症所致脑损伤中的应用价值。方法:对50例婴儿迟发性维生素K缺乏症致颅内出血的患儿在给予常规治疗的基础上,其中20例给予高压氧治疗,20例实施了视听训练,同时高压氧治疗16例。结果:高压氧组(20例)与对照组(30例)疗效比较,两者差异有显著性意义(χ2=49.64,P<0.01),50例患儿中坚持视听训练20例(A组)其中高压氧组16例(B组),对照组4例(C组),未坚持视听训练30例(D组)。疗效比较:AD两组比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=17.66,P0.01),BD两组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=15.76,P<0.01)。结论:婴儿迟发性维生素K缺乏症致脑神经损伤在常规治疗的基础上给予视听训练与高压氧治疗,可提高疗效。 AIM:To evaluate the value of audio visual training and hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) in treating brain injury of infants caused by lagging Vitamin K deficiency. METHODS:Totally 50 infants with intracranial hemorrhager caused by lagging vitamin K deficiency received routine treatment,and besides,20 of them were treated with HBO and another 20 were treated with audio visual training,including 16 received HBO at the same time. RESULTS:There was significant difference in the curative effect between the HBO group(n=20) and control group (n=30)(χ2=49.64,P< 0.01).Among the 50 infants,20 kept the audio visual training(group A),including 16 came from the HBO group(group B) and 4 from the control group(group C),and the other 30 infants did not receive the audio visual training(group D).The curative effects were significantly different between group A and D(χ2=17.66,P< 0.01),also between group B and D (χ2=15.76, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Audiovisual training and HBO on the basis of routine treatment can improve the curative effect of cranial nerve injury caused by lagging vitamin K deficiency in infants.
