摘要 骨质疏松症是一个由基因、激素和环境等多种因素相互作用的多病因疾病,骨质疏松的发生导致骨密度下降和骨折风险增大。OPG/TRANCE/TRANCE-R的发现是骨生物学上的重大突破。这篇文章主要从骨量峰值、与性激素相关的骨丢失和与年龄相关的骨丢失3个方面进行讨论。
