摘要
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗恶性肿瘤的并发症及其护理要点。方法 回顾分析 2 0 0例患者行HIFU治疗过程中的护理经验与不足。结果 HIFU治疗总有效率为 87.5 %(2 8/ 32 ) ,MRI复查显示肿瘤缩小 ,术后出现疼痛 5 0 % ,发热 17.5 % ,皮肤烧伤 2 6 .5 % ,胸水 2 0 % ,肠穿孔 1 0 % ,肝功损害 10 0 %。结论 虽然HIFU是一种非侵入性治疗肿瘤技术 ,但术中术后仍应密切观察 ,早期发现 ,及时防治并发症 。
Objective To study the complication and nursing key points of malignant tumor which were treated with high intensity focusing ultrasound(HIFU).Methods To review and analyze nursing experience and defect of HIFU treatment for 200 patients. Results The total effective rate was 87.5%(28/32)of HIFU treatment , it shows the tumor reduced by MRI check, postoperative pain(50%), fever(17.5%), hydrothorax (26.5%), intestinal perforation (10%) and abnormal liver function(100%).Conclusion Although HIFU is a non-invasive tumor treatment technique, it should make closely intraoperative and postoperative observation and discover in the early period, promptly prevent and treat the complication and improve prognosis.
