摘要
目的 探讨加强第二产程的质量管理 ,以减少产妇和新生儿并发症的发生 ,提高产科质量。方法 从 2 0 0 3年 1月开始成立第二产程的质量管理小组 (即QC小组 ) ,运用PDCA管理方法[1] ,找出第二产程延长及引致第二产程质量下降的原因 ,进行总结 ,有针对性地制定对策 ,并付诸实施。结果 经过半年的努力 ,第二产程延长的发生率明显降低 ,各项相关的产科质量也得到提高。结论 运用PDCA的管理方法 ,对工作中的不足不断地进行分析、总结 ,并不断地制定对策加以纠正 ,同时加强科间协作 ,使产科质量得到整体提高。
Objective To find out a method to improve the quality management of the second labor stage in order to improve obstetric quality and decrease the mortality of both mother and newborn. Methods A quality manage team was found from January 2003 in our department. We use the method of PDCA to find out the reason of prolongation and quality decrease of the second labor stage. After analyzing and summarizing the reason, we establish countermeasure and put it into clinical use. Results After half a year's endeavor, prolongation of the second labor stage was significantly decreased and the related obstetric quality was improved. Conclusion We use the method of PDCA to find out and analyze and summarize the weakness of clinical work, and then correct it, meanwhile, the cooperation of different departments has been strengthened. As a result, obstetric quality has been generally improved.
