摘要
目的 提高机械通气治疗重症哮喘的综合护理水平。方法 对 2 8例重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭的患者 ,在常规治疗无效情况下 ,进行机械通气治疗 ,并密切观察病情变化 ,采取有效护理措施。结果 未出现护理并发症 ,取得满意效果。结论 掌握好气道管理方法 ,包括气道湿化、加温、雾化、气囊护理及吸痰方法 ,还需做好留置胃管及心理的护理 ,可有效预防护理并发症。
Objective To elevate integrated nursing level for mechanical aeration curing severe asthma. Method 28 patients who were suffered from severe asthma combined with breathing exhaustion were observed. In case of routine treatments don’t work, we’ve carried out Mechanical Aeration, put the patient’s condition under strict observation and adopted effective nursing measures. Result All cases achieved satisfactory effect, no nursing complication occurred. Conclusion Nursing gist is to grasp the control method of the trachea, including moistening the trachea, raise the temperature, vaporize air-bag nursing, aspirate sputum and pay attention to indwelling gastric canal as well as mental nursing. All these measures will prevent complications effectively.
