摘要
本文章主要叙述目前替代ODS清洗剂的几种方法。其中乳化工艺清洗技术替代ODS清洗PCB组件是一种比较好的方法。本文着重对本公司在实施过程中的调研方案确定,清洗剂选择,以及“三防”试验工作,进行了探讨。
This paper mainly describes several currently used methods to substitute ODS solvents,among which the emulsified cleaning technology works better in PCB module cleaning. This articlefocuses on probing into the determination of investigation and research proposals duringimplementation, selection of solvents and test for 'three proofings'.
