Debugging and Modification of Surface Treatment Equipment for Compressor Casing

主要介绍对新购置的压缩机壳体表面清洗处理设备进行的改造,同时针对此设备进行相应的工艺调整试验,并结合原来壳体表面处理设备的使用经验进行试验调试,分析解决了调试新设备出现的各种问题。

This paper mainly introduces the modification on the surface treatment equipment for thecasing of newly purchased compressor, and the relevant process adjustment test and debugging onthe equipment based on the operational experiences obtained from the original surface treatmentequipment for the compressor casing. Various problems occurred in commissioning of the newequipment are also analyzed and solved.
