摘要
采用高温高压釜 ,辅以失重法和扫描电镜 ,对不同温度下 ( 80℃、90℃、1 0 0℃、1 1 0℃ )油管钢N80、P1 1 0的CO2 /H2 S腐蚀速率进行了研究。结果表明 ,在试验温度范围内 ,随着温度的升高 ,两种钢的腐蚀速率先增后降 ,在 90℃时达到最大 ,但P1 1 0钢的腐蚀速率总是高于N80钢。
A autoclave,together with weight loss method and SEM,is used to study CO 2/H 2S corrosion behavior of oil tube steels N80 and P110 at different temperature(80℃,90℃,100℃,110℃).The results show that with temperature increased their corrosion rates increase at first and then decrease.The peaks appear at 90℃.The corrosion rates of steel P110 are always higher than those of steel N80.
