摘要
在带极埋弧堆焊(SAW)和带极电渣堆焊(ESW)研究的基础上,开展了高速带极堆焊(HSW)的研究工作。阐述了HSW法对堆焊电源设计提出的要求,介绍了这种电源的电路组成和工作原理。经过多项试验,结果表明:这种电源满足HSW法的焊接工艺要求,电压稳定,稀释率低,堆焊层表面光滑平整,能够获得高质量的焊缝。
Based on the investigations of submerged arc overlay welding (SAW) and electro-slag strip overlay welding (ESW),the high-speed strip overlay welding (HSW) is further investigated. The desigh specifications for power supply presented by HSW being described, the schematic composition and operation principle of such power source are discussed. Various experiments on this power source are carried on which show that it meets the requive-ments of HSW technology with stable voltage,low dilution rate,and smooth welding surface so that a weld with high qualith can be obtained.
