摘要
以生产1 65mm× 1 .2mm超薄壁焊管的轧辊孔型设计为例 ,介绍了多半径轧辊的设计参数和设计方法。通过精确的计算 ,得出了各成型架次的孔型尺寸 ,实现了焊管轧辊的设计。生产结果表明 ,该设计方法合理 ,比传统的单半径和双半径设计的轧辊更能适应轧制薄壁焊管 ,避免了轧制过程中的钢带“鼓泡”现象。
Pass design example for super-thinner thickness of 165 mm ×1.2 mm,it introduced design parameters and method for multiple radius roller.Through accurate calculation,we get all types of pass dimension and realize the design of welded pipe roller.Result of production present that this design is rational,and more applicable for rolling super-thinner thickness welded pipe than traditional single radius and double radius roller design,and to avoid stirp occurring lump phenomenon during rolling welded pipe.
