熔模铸造高强度锑铸铁镉锭模

摘要 使用研制的RE-Sb合金处理碳当量约4.1%的灰铸铁铁水,在熔模铸造的条件下获得了相当于HT300的高强度灰铸铁。RE-Sb合金的效果优于其它类型稀土合金。用其处理灰铸铁时仍具有双峰值效应。大型铸件熔模铸造时采用预充填法制造蜡模,在模壳加固层中加入铝钒土以提高强度并配合其它工艺措施后,可以制出具有较低表面粗糙度的铸件。良好的铸件材质与完善的精铸工艺相配合制出了尺寸稳定、抗磨、抗蠕变的镉锭模并使其寿命大幅度提高。 Treating the common gray iron with CE of about 4. 1% using Re-Sb alloy,the high strength cast iron with strength higher than that of HT300 can be obtained by means of investment casting. The treating effects with RE-Sb alloy are superior to that with other kind of RE alloys. The double peaks appear in the strength curve of gray iron treated by RE-Sb. The large casting with higher finish can be made by means of filling the mould with liquid wax in advance, adding alumina clay into the strengthen lager, and coordinating the other technical measures in the process of investment casting. With the cooperation of better cast iron material and perfect precision casting technique,the cadmium ingot mould with stable size and wear and creep resistance can be made. Its service life can be prologed greatly.
