Analysis of Axial Preloading of Radial-axial Bearings

分析了向心推力轴承轴向预紧结构中的轴向载荷与套圈轴向相对位移量之间的关系,指出角接触球轴承的轴向预紧可以有效提高支永刚度;和使预紧结构不发生卸载所需施加的轴向预载荷及其公式,为轴向预紧支承的寿命和可靠性计算提供了理论基础。

Axial deflection between the rings vs. axial load in the radial-axial bearing with axial preloading is analysed. It is pointed out that support stiffness of angular-confact ball bearings can be proved effectively by means of axial prelooding. A formula for determining the axial preload against release of this preload is also presented in the same time. It provides a theoretical basis for calculation of the service life and reliability of the bearing with axial preloading.
